  • I personally liked the Kepler Falls pullout and view better, but this one is a nice stop too. A short walk to view the falls.

  • ⛰ Beautiful spot to stop! We saw all handful of views in about 20min and were glad we did. Definitely take the path along the river down from the main spot. It is way less crowded and you get the best views from there!!!
  • Even if you're not "into" waterfalls, Gibbon Falls is a nice stop while exploring Yellowstone. The sound alone is worth the stop. A great view and informative placards along the overlook remind tourists that Yellowstone is a volcanic site, and that the Gibbon river flows through the caldera of a (for the time being) dormant volcano. Enjoy the cool water, relaxing sound, and dramatic view of this great waterfall!
