This year marks 67 years of racing for the Wood Brothers, making them the oldest continuously operating NASCAR Sprint Cup team. The team has broken records, made history and turned heads since 1950. Twenty of NASCAR's 50 Greatest Drivers have been behind the wheel of the famous number 21 Ford. The 2017 season is no different, with Ryan Blaney piloting the iconic No. 21 Motorcraft /Quick Lane Ford Fusion.

The foundation of Wood Brothers Racing is family, currently owned by NASCAR Hall of Fame 2012 Inductee Glen Wood and his children Eddie, Len and Kim. The third generation of the Wood family, Jon, Keven and Jordan, are also an integral part of the day to day operations at Wood Brothers Racing.

The Wood Brothers have a longstanding relationship with Ford Motor Company, racing only Ford products since the team’s origination in 1950. The 21 Ford Fusion will race a full time schedule in 2017, proudly sponsored by Motorcraft / Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center.

  • We had an amazing time at the Wood Brothers Racing Museum. Highly recommend it, even if you are not a fan of Nascar. A lot of history in the building, and many stories to read about. Plan on spending about an hour seeing everything. They have a gift shop as well if you are interested in picking up some t-shirts, or model cars.
  • Would highly recommend for any race fan. Incredible, personal experience covering pretty much the entire history of NASCAR. All kinds of great memorabilia and cars on display and several Wood family members there answered all of our questions. The gift shop also has many unique items at far better prices than online or at a race. Must stop if you are near the area, a Wood Brothers fan, or just love NASCAR and it's history
