Pretty strenuous hike. Very rocky. Views are amazing and totally worth the effort. Trailhead has a ton of parking with restrooms.

It was beautiful from the summit of Mary's Rock!! My hiking partner and I came upon hiking northbound on the AT and it was everything we expected and more. Plenty of space to sit down and have snack while backpacking or day hiking. It also is an amazing spot to watch the sunset or sunrise for that matter. Also, Thornton Gap is just below the summit about mile and half. There's plenty of parking and they do have public restrooms. Happy Trails and Safe Travels.
