I’m so glad I stopped by for the tour. I was able to join the 2 pm tour group and it was only $5. The tour itself lasted no more than 30 min but it was great to see a behind the scenes look of this operation. I loved the teddy bear hospital too. Such a cute idea! ❤️

What a fun place! Saw a couple of reviews online and decided to try it as a family. Prices were very reasonable for the 30-minute tour. Our tour guide was very well spoken, funny, and had the perfect tour guide voice. It was really neat learning about the factory. The factory has guided tours every 30 minutes. It was really cool to see all of the people working on the tour. You can also just visit the store. Facility itself is very clean, they have nice restrooms, places to take pictures, and a lovely teddy bear store with lots of plushies. The stuffed animals do have a variety of prices, but they guarantee them for life as long as you have to tag. Glad we went!
