Sky View Observatory takes you to the 73rd floor of Seattle’s tallest building, the Columbia Center, and provides 360-degree views across the city. The observation deck takes you to a height of 275 m (902 ft), offering panoramic views of distant mountains and the vast city below. You’ll enjoy great views no matter what time of day, although clear days provide the best conditions, and sunset is renowned as one of the best times to visit. Sky View Observatory reviews
When the weather is clear it must be a real WOW, we were there and it was smoky from the fires, so hazy. It was still a breath taking experience!

This is probably my favorite spot in Seattle - being the tallest observation point in the Pacific Northwest, I absolutely love it. On a clear day you can see 3 volcanoes, 2 mountain ranges, the ocean, and a large lake. The view is better than the Space Needle's, though is mainly known by locals. 10/10 would recommend for family visiting, a date, or going out with friends/colleagues. The seasonal drinks are also great, and the staff is quite kind. Coming during sunset is the best - the landscape for dozens of miles is just painted in orange/red.
Great view of Seattle and the whole region. The point of view is completely different than the one from the Space Needle. It is also higher and cheaper. It had less people than the needle, offering a more quiet experience. We were lucky to have a completely clear day, allowing us to see all three national parks from there. The building has a food court at it's base if needed. The observatory offers a bar.
