I could stay inside the rainforest all day. So magical and informative. So impressed with all the things you can do at this museum. They have a planetarium, a four story rainforest, a coral reef...

This is definitely a very fun place to take the family. So many different things to keep your mind occupied. We didn't have our kids for this trip but I know they would have loved it here. There was a large line right at open but you get through very fast and, once in the building, you don't feel crowded at all since it is so big. The indoor rainforest was one of my favorites. Everything seems well maintained and very clean and all staff were very friendly. It's also a great location as you have a huge park to explore when you're done. Great experience here!

The Academy is a great place to take the kids! The rainforest and aquarium are the two best exhibits in the space. Sadly, the natural museum section of the academy isn't much to write home about, especially when compared to those offered at full-blown museums. The living roof is pretty to look at, but loses its attraction after the first few minutes. A really cool place to check out is the Naturalist Center upstairs. They have an amazing collection of animal specimens and hands-on science activities.
