Free the Monkey Consignment, Salida

We spent a week recently at the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort and wanted to explore some nearby towns, and this store caught our eye. We both found some wonderful items. The staff is super friendly, prices are reasonable, and the store is thoughtfully organized and beautifully curated. My boyfriend found this really unique vintage leather Pendleton jacket, that he has since worn a few times. The area is also great and Salida is the most magical town - you can walk to a lot of nearby restaurants and shops from here too. Will definitely go back when we visit!

Just WOW. A great store for quality clothing at reasonable prices. Our family spent more than an hour shopping here on a Saturday. Our niece filled the largest bag they had with lots of cute clothes for her freshman year! Clothes and sizes are nicely arranged. Fitting rooms are handy. Good seating inside and outside for a rest. We were also delighted to find that our fur baby was welcome in the store.
