Bishop Castle is an "elaborate and intricate" "one-man project" named after its constructor, Jim Bishop, that has become a roadside attraction in central Colorado.
The "castle" is located in south central Colorado on State Highway 165 in the Wet Mountains of Southern Colorado in the San Isabel National Forest, southwest of Pueblo, Colorado.

I didn’t finish this review from a pre-COVID visit. Not sure if it is still open… an interesting place to visit, a little heart racing with little children. Amazing work from a single person.

By far one of my favorite places to visit. It's amazing and beautiful. Hand crafted by an older gentleman Jim. A must see attraction. You must experience the climb to the top of both main towers...it's scary and uplifting, just breathtaking:)watch where you step. There are no guidelines except be careful! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is just WOW!! This place is a piece of art. It amazing to know it handmade. Just an awesome place to see although it's not for the faint of heart. I only got up to the second story with the kids. Hubs and one of my boys went to the top of one of the towers. Overall was such a cool place to visit.
