  • This is a popular place for hiking. Even on a Tuesday afternoon in August, the large parking lot was over three-fourths full. Admission is free, and there are two trails here - the 0.5 mile Gorge...

  • I cannot express enough how worth it is to visit this park. Short, rewarding trail (don't stop at pavement) to land that genuinely looks prehistoric. Gorgeous ferns cover the landscape with a breathtaking view once you get past the pavement. Perfect to end your day or start your morning. The path is paved until its not, but it is still fairly flat. Highly recommend. Not crowded on a Sunday morning although seems it could get busier throughout the day which would hamper the experience in my opinion.
  • This place is so beautiful and definitely worth checking out! Easy hike, the path is well taken care of and the majority was stroller (or wheelchair) accessible but if you’re able to go down to the stream I recommend! We left the stroller and put the baby in the carrier to get down the rest of the way and it was still a pretty easy hike with beautiful scenery. There were picnic tables near the parking lot that we had our packed lunch at after our hike. Great place that we will visit again!
