Old 690 Brewing Company is one of the first limited breweries to open in the state of Virginia. Our mission is to brew and serve a unique yet balanced variety of fresh craft beers including several seasonal ales that utilize crops grown on the 10 acre property. Come out to beautiful Loudoun County to see our hops and enjoy our unique tasting room Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays where we serve tasting flights, pints and growlers to go. We have food trucks on Saturdays and our own kitchen, but feel free to bring your own food. We are also family, kid and dog friendly.

If you are interested in hosting a special, private or corporate event please contact events@old690.com. Special event hours are available 7 days a week pending availability.

Looking forward to seeing you soon at Old 690!!

  • One of our favs!:) Always friendly, mostly locals, and probably the best beer around. Always a warm friendly experience here. We have lived in area since 1995.

  • Very nice microbrewery tucked away along a dirt road near Purcellville. Good beers - we tried 8 of them - we liked the Gnarly Boar Pale Ale best. The Ol' Man Winter Ale at 8% was also a hit. The hard seltzers were just ok. Staff were very friendly. The setting and building are quite rustic. Good outdoor seating area with a play area for kids. Decent food selections. We tried the nachos and pizza which were quite good. The live entertainment was fine. The microbrewery is off the beaten track but it's worth the trek.
  • Fun random find! We were driving back from a winery when we saw a sign for this place, and on a whim, decided to make a detour. While the space a little could be bigger (so they can do more business!), I did very much enjoy the coziness. The beers were great, and the free popcorn was a nice little extra. Loved that they had live music playing in the middle of the afternoon.
