Orchid Cellar Meadery and Winery, Middletown

We've been loyal patrons of this place for going on 2 years now and we are more than happy to continue. Friendly and warm and obviously excellent mead.

We visited Orchid Cellar earlier today and had an absolutely wonderful time. It was my girlfriend and I’s first time trying mead so we were fairly open yet critical during our visit. We tried both the traditional and modern flights, and they were fantastic! We also brought our puppy along and he enjoyed himself, primarily due to the fact we gave him a piece of Gouda every now and then from the cheese board we ordered which was also excellent. We dealt with two staff members primarily and although we did not catch their names their service was exceptional, they rounded off a very pleasant experience with professionally courteous yet warm and friendly conversation. 5/5 and we’ll be back!
