    This is a gorgeous beach. However the water had quite an undertow and big waves. It's not for swimming. But it was beautiful

    Long and beautiful beach with very soft sand. I can confirm the strong and high waves, so decide on swimming only if you are a decent swimmer. Lifeguards are on duty, free parking along the street is....  more

    Would definitely recommend. - Sand was amazing and fine (not rocky) - Water was clear and warm, but you should get there earlier in the day as the waves get quite large and after a certain point you can’t really swim in them as they turn into “surfer waves”. - Lifeguard on Duty - Plenty of space for you to set up camp but not a lot areas that had shade - Paid parking (and limited spots) BUT if you don’t mind the 5 min walk then park on the side of the road!

    Beautiful and very large beach in the southwest of Maui. Very clean and beautiful. The water is also clear. Me and my wife really loved it and spend the most time on this beach of all the beaches in Maui. Only downside on this beach is that there are no showers. There is also parking fee of $10 and $5 for each visitor. It is a self pay.
