KO Distilling manufactures, stores and sells quality distilled spirits, including bourbon, rye whiskey, white whiskey, and gin. The distillery has a top-notch visitors center for guided tours, tastings, distilled spirit and merchandise sales, and special events, including private functions.

In 2013, KO Distilling was co-founded by Bill Karlson and John O'Mara -- former classmates at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY. The distillery opened to the public in Sep 2015.

Friendly staff, delicious, creative libations, and they used their facility to produce large-volume containers of hand sanitizer during the height of the pandemic. Brilliant!

We had a great time. Our server (who was new) excitedly gave us the run down of the tasting the alchols in order to design the flights that we wanted. and that would be most appealing to us... He...

It was awesome... do the tour . So many great spirits to try but you have just 3 oz to do it with. From the bartender, to tour aficionado to owner, they are wonderful folks. It's a must on the to do list. Get the Spanish dancers cocktail while it's still available and a must try single barrel rye...you will be planning your next trip back before you leave. Enjoy!!!

Small and quiet (Friday afternoon), knowledgeable staff. We got a vertical tasting of the wheat whiskeys and cocktails inspired by the Nutcracker for the holidays. Everyone was also super sweet to our toddler.
