  • It is free so stop and see it. Just one of those sites that takes 15 minutes to walk from the parking lot and stand by it. Take a few pics and off you go.

  • Simple yet beautiful exhibit. No trash cans. Be prepared, it's Vegas usually hot so don't forget sunblock and water. Also dust is very fine and there is lots of visitors every time I've been here, I recommend extra shoes and a bag to switch them out before getting back in your car. Also highly consider golden hour for your pictures! 😊
  • Cool art installation, great photo opportunity, interesting experience. This is a visual spectacle in a town chock-full of visual spectacles. What made this WAY more enjoyable for me was the recorded messages that explain the piece. There's a toll-free number on the plaque near the parking lot, call it and there are three different recorded messages to choose from: one explaining the meaning behind the piece, another about the artist who created the piece, and the last about the history of public art in that area (including explosions for the sake of art, what's cooler than that?). The extra information added a new depth to what I was seeing and made me think a bit about the purpose of it. Most of the other spectacles in Vegas don't make you stop and think. Good stuff. My only issue was I took some kiddos (15y.o., three 11y.o., & two 9y.o.) and after the half-hour drive they were a bit underwhelmed. To them it was neat... but they'd been seeing "neat" stuff the whole time we'd been in Vegas so this only held their attention for all of about 5 minutes before they were wanting to leave.
