  • We joined the Thursday night stargazing that's open to the public (suggested donation of $10/person) and really enjoyed getting to look at the stars and the moon. My favourite was Spica. The expertise shared by our two guides was interesting and informative. Several groups and families showed up and our guides adapted to the variety of interests and range of ages. Would recommend checking this out - this nonprofit does great work and is worth supporting!
  • We did a private session with Ben, myself and two sons (16 & 15 years old) early August (2022). I cannot recommend this highly enough if you are interested in such things. Even if you are not, you will learn a ton. I love the general topic of "space" and to have an astrophysicist on hand to guide you through the galaxy is an absolute treat. Add in that Ben was a cool guy with a great disposition and it was a phenomenal experience. My kids are not science geeks. I figured they would have enjoyed the whitewater rafting, zip lining and rolling huge rocks down mountain sides--those would have been the highlight of the trip, but no, it was stargazing that stole the show. This is a first class operation. Fun....and I learned a ton...and so did my kids. Thank you Ben, and WY Stargazers!
