The museum is bigger than it looks on the outside. Defs needed a map to navigate. I loved how open and airy it is. I was surprised by the immense diversity of artwork they have in their collection...

Visited this awesome museum on a Saturday, midday. Wasn’t that busy at all which is nice but also kinda disappointing because this museum is amazing! Entry fee is $20 for adults, $10 for Hawaii residents. All children 18 and under are free. Once in, the museum is expansive. So many galleries and wonderful outdoor courts. Galleries fester artwork from all around the world. Just amazing works. You can tell the folks that run and work at this museum really care about cleanliness/presentation. There is a small coffee bar and a full size restaurant. The gift shop is full of all kinds of cool things as well. Living on the island, I can easily see myself getting a membership here because there is just so much to see and I feel like I’ll discover something new with each visit.

Wow this museum really impressed me! The little courtyards are all charming and there are so many great exhibits and wonderful artists- a mix of old and new. I had a great coffee after at their coffee bar and sat for awhile in the palm courtyard. Highly recommend spending an afternoon here!
