  • A great place if you are into wildlife and specifically looking to spot a moose. You are more likely to see them in the morning, but if you don't see any the first try, don't hesitate to try again a second time, which is what it took for us to get some amazing views of a moose playing in the lake.
  • Fishercap Lake is a beautiful lake in Glacier National Park which is a short hike from Swiftcurrent Motor Inn where my family stayed (as well as several other accommodations including a campground). Although moose are frequently spotted in the lake, especially in the evening and early morning, we unfortunately did not see any. However, the early morning reflections were phenomenal. I only wish I had taken my wide angle lens with me. Be sure to do so if you visit in the early morning!
