  • It’s on swiftcurrent pass trail beyond redrock fall. I would say about 1.5 miles beyond the redrock falls. It’s about 7.2 miles round trip from parking at swiftcurrent pass trail head. The elevation is not an issue. It’s less than 500 ft elevation so easy hike. Mosquitoes are the huge problem. We saw a deer on our trail. This is bear territory so carry bear spray for sure. Beyond redrock fall and lake we didn’t see too many people. It’s beautiful lake and amazing views of mountains beyond that.
  • We hiked 7.5 miles with an elevation gain of about 900 feet. It was beautiful. We didn't see any large critter. The lakes were wonderful and the waterfalls gorgeous.
