    We went with our 5 year old grandson and took a tour of the property with Marilyn Fritz. What a pleasure. Just enough history for us and a well paced tour that was also beautifully explained for.....  more

    I have a hard time giving this place more then 3 stars. They have trouble getting family events to go smooth unless they are history based they had a good ww2 set up with a car show. This past Halloween event was good but they have done poorly to many times for me to give them more.

    Nice history lesson for the kids. They can play with old toys and dollhouse. Loved all the authentic historic pieces they've collected in the kitchen. You can take a guided tour or self guided. Loved the carriage barn and the ice house. The blacksmith shop is not always part of the tour, but it was this day. Really enjoyed it. The grounds and gardens were a little messy, probably due to so much rain. Will take the children there again.
