I booked several services for myself and my daughter for her birthday. We both tried the float pod, and she had a deluxe manicure. The deluxe manicure comes with a lot of extra massage and products and relaxation which is what I was hoping for. The only negative would be that based on the color of polish my daughter chose a third coat would have been helpful, the gel nails were softer than she is used to. And she did not get her complimentary chocolate, not a huge deal, but it's always nice to get chocolate! The Spa is very clean and comfortable. The float pod music system was not working on the day that my daughter went and the next day when I went. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There was no face wash in the shower which you are supposed to use before getting into the float pod. Comfy robes and flip-flops are provided as well as shampoo and conditioner. There is also a nice relaxation room for a cup of tea or glass of water while you are waiting or after your spa treatment.
