  • We rented a Jeep from these awesome people back in July 2020. We are coming back to the area in March 2022 and we planned on doing something similar. I remembered a thank you email I received from Andy after our rental and found it still in my inbox. I completely forgot to write a review back then, but better late than never and these people deserve praise. Our Jeep rental went perfect and we all had a blast. It was a super easy process and they provide you with everything you need to hit the trails. When we returned the Jeep we had left a camera under the seats and they called right away informing us. Super nice staff and very helpful.
  • Good and bad. Rented two e-bikes without issue. Those were great and process was easy. Trained well by the woman from Wisconsin. Rented a Jeep for Switzerland Trail. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us a navigation device and made us familiar with the trail before leaving. We particularly commend the woman on staff who is from Wisconsin. The other woman was not friendly nor very helpful when showing us around the Jeep. We weren’t shown how to use several important pieces of equipment. Nor what to do if we find ourselves stuck, besides “give us a call”… there’s no cell service anywhere on the trail. Now, the Jeep included a winch. However, we weren’t told how to use the winch. Specifically “we don’t tell people how to use it unless they already know how”. Really? How about just a waiver saying “you break it or hurt yourself, it’s your fault”? The Jeep ran without issue. Car was totally fine. But we got stuck in 2’ deep snow going uphill at one point. Very stuck. What to do? Of course, we couldn’t use the winch. Had to find traction boards in the trunk (they didn’t tell us). They were also cracked when we took them out. So we used them a few times, and they broke into pieces on the last attempt. Thank God it eventually worked. Returned the Jeep, and we were told “because they were already cracked, we won’t charge you for them”. Really? This would’ve been 4 stars had you said something more like “I’m so sorry that happened. Of course we won’t charge you for that.” It was fine. I wouldn’t recommend renting a Jeep from them.
