    Yes, when we wanted to visit on Thursday, 8/12, the final 1.8 miles of the road to Artist Point was closed. HOWEVER, you can park at the Heather Meadows Visitor Center and take the Wild Goose Trail.....  more

    A most beautiful spot to view spectacular scenery or go hiking. We went hiking today chain Lake loop 7 miles about five hours. Check it out. It’s best to be prepared though. Beautiful scenery to hike past even saw a mountain goat in many lakes to enjoy the cold water or just chill out. Warning some bugs around the lakes.

    Absolutely gorgeous views. I made the mistake of planning a wedding up there in early July. The snow was beautiful and my wedding was unique and adventurous. I would like to go back after the snow melts to get the 360 view. Mt. Baker is an incredible mountain. Highly suggest it. There are multiple hiking trails for all skill levels and Bagley Lake is super cool.
