Wife and I stopped by to see this unique wooden covered bridge. Impressive, also the unique LOVE sign in the adjacent little park. Unfortunetely upkeep appears to be lacking as seen by the missing...

we drove over to see the bridge for the first time. Nice area and little river with access for the kids to play. Loved the "LOVE" Virginia sign made using the tree in the landscape!

A nice and place to stop by and cool down at the river. There is no transit through the bridge, so it is easy to enjoy. Kind of sad that it is all covered in graffiti on the inside, but at the same time, I feel it gives it some personality. Restrooms (port-a-potty) available. Plenty of parking. Great for picnics. Let’s keep VIRGINIA clean and pick up after we are done. There are bears in the area.

Absolutely Beautiful. Worth The Look. Very Quiet And Peaceful. Inside the bridge you will find much symbols and writings of love from many different couples. Usually this would be considered vandalism but I think it goes along with the theme that "Virginia is for Lovers." Thus I think it actually compliments the whole Love Bridge Idea.
