On our way to Beartooth pass , we saw this firetower WAAAAY up on the mountain top...I'm sooo glad we turned in to check it out. Its a fairly good climb, probably 2!/2 miles and steep in some places.... more

If you're heading out on the stunning Beartooth Highway, this makes of a great stop with far reaching views and helpful Rangers in the fire watch tower. Literally on top of the world and its free.
