Erin's Meadow Herb Farm, Clinton

First visit to Erin's Herb Farm, but it won't be the last. My wife is planning on going back to pick up herbs for our garden. We were on a motorcycle when we stopped by or we would have picked up some plants that day. Very nice friendly place with a relaxing atmosphere.

Today was my first visit and I fell in love with the place. Not just the business itself but the property, the way its landscaped and how its off the beaten path and so tranquil. It's not on a main road and using Google maps is the easiest way to find it. It took 15 mins from oak ridge and even if you are farther away it's worth the drive. When you pull up, you see the entrance to the shop but don't even realize that there are greenhouses, outdoor herb garden and beautifully decorated grounds, woods and a truly inviting area behind the store front. The store is so clean as is the property and greenhouses. The prices on items are reasonably priced. The plants and herbs are priced well too (plus it's organic) and they had a sell this weekend. We walked away with a pepper plant, basil plant and a spinach type plant for less than 5 dollars. The outdoor herb garden is amazing. It's set up in different sections depending on herb needs (medicinal, kitchen, Shakespeare, etc). My husband and I walked around the property and sat out in a bench in the shade for a bit. All in all we were there easily an hour. The lady working was super nice too and really helpful. They also offer classes and my husband and I are going to sign up for one together. I am so glad I got to visit today. I really wanted to set up a tiny home or something back by the greenhouses and live there but I didn't know if that was frowned upon so I went home to my house 😁😁😁
