  • **Includes wheel chair info The park has so much to offer for outdoor enjoyment. We purchased a day pass for only $7. There are several hiking paths to choose from. The beach was clean and the water was amazingly pretty clear for a lake. A roped off section in the lake indicated where the water gets deeper. The beach bath house features a little snack bar along with changing rooms and toilets. It was pretty clean. I was quite impressed about the wheelchair ramp going into the water and beach/water wheelchair to use. However wheelchair accessible bathrooms were tricky. You would have to go up hill around the house, through a parking lot to use them. It's not far, just not really convenient. There are paddle boats, boats along with water bikes for rental. I think it was $15/h. You can order burgers etc by the store and sit outside overlooking the lake. The decor in the clean camp store was cute and the AC refreshing. I loved the little paths around the lake with benches all over. I would highly recommend going there! We had fun and it was relaxing.
  • Wow! A well kept park, with trails and many different options to do throughout the day in and outside of the park. There is a check in center, a park store and a beach house at the swimming area. The workers are all knowledgeable and super nice. I stayed in their largest lodge with a group of cyclist friends. There are cabins and lodges or you can camp. Oh, and they have a equestrian area for those with horses! So much to offer in an amazing area. Enjoy!
