Baird Farm Vermont Maple Syrup, Chittenden

We were traveling through the northeast and made an impromptu decision to visit The Baird Farm. Boy were we glad that we did! Jenna was gracious to accommodate us at the last minute and we joined one of their tours. What a privilege to explore and learn about the history of this 100 year old family farm and enterprise. Everything you could want to know about maple syrup. Jacob was also very knowledgeable and they both patiently answered all our questions. They have a great selection of maple products and offered convenient shipping to our home state. The recipes that were sent in our shipment included were delicious. Thank you Jenna and Jacob! I booked a tour of Baird Farm for a family trip this weekend. Jacob was our tour guide and he was so awesome! He was so friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the maple tapping process and the maple industry itself. It’s hard to believe that such a small staff of people is able to produce so much product, and that’s a testament to how much love is put into what they make. All of the syrups were also DELICIOUS. Some of the best (if not THE BEST) pure maple syrup I’ve ever had. Every variety had a distinct flavor and we even enjoyed the fun infused flavors they had like the birch and mint flavors. I would 100% go back and continue to purchase products from them online, and I VERY highly recommend others visiting as well!
