  • This park is great for teens. I found Disneyland to be a bit better for my grandkids as they are smaller children. This was still a wonderful place for activities and shows!

  • Love the park. Many fun rides. Great time for the whole family. We rode the toy story ride and Val was probably the nicest employee I met during my entire three day trip between both Disney parks. She was very kind friendly and helpful. Most the other employees don’t care and shove you on and off the rides and just do there job but you can tell val was truly happy. Val deserves a raise.
  • Our experience was far from what we expected during our Disney trip this time around. We loved going to the parks and had many, many times but this time around we were quite disappointed. As several had mentioned, the Genie pass/ Lightning lane is absurd. We didn't mind purchasing it for an additional $20 per person but on top of that an additional $15 for certain popular rides was too much, especially since some rides were not allowing to book a time because no times were available or closed. Another set back was the staff, not very friendly, inclusive very rude. I wanted to capture a photo of the Avengers items on display and one of the cashiers purposely walked and stood in front of the items knowing I wanted to take a picture. Other cast members we encountered seemed bothered by questions and didn't seem to want to help. Not sure if there's a lack of staff but the park also needed cleaner facilities. When we were having lunch outdoors, we saw a large mouse and believe me it wasn't Mickey. And this was in plain daylight. All I can say is that the magical, welcoming experience we had felt the many times we had been at both parks was not what we felt this time around. It wasn't the happiest place on earth, at least not for us. Very disappointed :(
