We stayed nearby in a caravan site and had a dog with us and to our surprise and delight she was allowed in the amusements which had 10 pin bowling lots of great machines mostly costing £1 a go...

Disgusting filthy pier, we visited the Newly refurbished pier and was so disappointed. There were over flowing bins, cables left out, rubbish dumped on the end of the pier, blarring music, dirty...

Recently refurbished, it's fab inside, crazy carpet & lots of lights make it feel like a real great vibe once inside. The waltzer is the best thing there, we love it. Not a great amount of ride, but still a great place to visit. Also a new indoor play area reasonably priced.

The Pier is a great place to walk and explore, but beyond that, there isn't much going on here. Whilst there are amusements, the majority of them are closer (including the waltzers, flying planes, etc) leading to the arcade feeling almost barren. Variety of games available if open. Considering this has meant to have been refurbished recently, it looks run down and not very well maintained - fun for the kids though and the lights are great!
