What a weird thing to have a review for. It's a war memorial, not the only one in the town centre. I suppose it'd be more apt to review the space itself, that is Bonn Square - It's a good size public space in the city centre with lots of places to sit (and nicely shaded in the summer). It's not unusual for something to be going on there, either street musicians/entertainers or some kind of promotion. The Art Cafe have put out an outdoors presence there so you can buy coffee etc. It's also not unusual for the city centre's homeless community to hang out there too.
