How disappointed was I this time. Have been here lots of times before, but this time quite different. Totally ignored by staff, who doesn't care if you are a customer or not. Only treated friendly...

I love Harrods. People think you have to be rich to shop there but it has something for most peoples pockets. The Christmas crowd was out in full force. They have 10% weekends several times in a year. Most goods are 10% off and during the sales you get the additional 10% off too. Great level of service. The staff are never rude they are very helpful. Yes it's expensive but it offers so much more. It has character. They do lots of great things for Christmas. So go along and take a look. Especially the Christmas Halls, the food halls and the beauty halls. I hope you'll love it as much as I do.

I do love the food halls the best in Harrods. Lovely choice of food. Its not all expensive. We visited the Gordon Ramsey burger restaurant. Enjoyed a drink and a strawberry sundae. Nice but did wish for more than 3 very small bits of strawberry. Great place to visit. But my friends could not come in because they had suitcases with them so they had to stay outside. Gutted for them.
