    I would absolutely recommend the Bowen Therapy treatment that Lise provides, I have had a frozen shoulder for over a year now, and after my first treatment I could feel the difference instantly.

    The Ark stock great quality food and supplements, the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and the owner Lise Matthews has gone out of her way to deliver goods throughout the COVID pandemic. I highly recommend This shop as a hub of all your health needs.
