Visiting Northampton for a little get away and came across this fabulous spot. We had a really lovely 6 mile walk, beautiful scenery, nice walks, with a number of different routes to take depending on how far you wanted to walk. There are cycle routes, bridal ways, short, medium or long walks, and routes which engage children. We took the long route, which had multiple places to stop for a rest along the way. Parking was reasonable priced, toilets were very clean. Didn't go in the cafe. There is a play area for the kids at the start and another towards the end, and ping pong tables for all ages too. Unfortunately the tree top wasn't open, and didn't look like it had been for a while. Would highly recommend.

I would give 5 stars but unfortunately since few years the 'Over Tree Tops' walking path is closed and gets into disrepair. But still it is is a nice place for walks, runs, bicycle rides, or even a horse rides. Very good is a trail for children (Worm Trail). At Visitors Centre you can get activity booklet which will keep your children excited and busy. Easy to spend there at least half a day or more.
