  • This vast collection of cars, bikes and trains is almost overwhelming. There's plenty of space, inside & out, to appreciate the exhibits without feeling crowded.

  • Interesting museum. From bikes to buses to horse drawn carriages, it has got everything and then some more. There's even a ship you can visit. I am not a car or any kind of transportation fanatic, but I still enjoyed visiting it. It's an unique place where you could easily spend half the day. I loved the 100 years old Glasgow street installation. It was beautiful and definitely gave a peak into the city's history. I loved learning about all the different shops that used to be- I never thought people had harness shops back then. It makes sense, but I never actually thought about it. Also, the signs that women and children were not allowed into pubs, how tennants used to fight increased rate. The advertisements on shops' front, and many more. Museums are such a wonderful way to retain trivia in your head. :)
  • Nice to go here and just watch the water. Was down with my girlfriend and we enjoyed a nice night. It was busy with lots of people about, very comfortable and good atmosphere. Parking was adequate and it is easy to access from the dual carriageway. There are other venues nearby which are also easy to walk too.
