  • The Botanic gardens is a great place to come and relax for a few hours. Only 7 minutes walk from Hillhead underground and you come to a well maintained park with multiple footpaths winding there way through the multitude of plants, lawns and trees. The star of this part is definitely the two large greenhouses housing plants, ferns, palms, trees etc. from across the world. Great opportunity to learn more about plants from each of the continents. The park has both toilets and a nice little place to grab a coffee, some cake or a sandwich. Would highly recommend this as a place to visit.
  • What a fantastic place to visit. There are so many plants in the different greenhouses. It's lovely to wander around, and you can learn a bit more about what's growing here. There was so much to see here, and the gardens were full of so many different kinds of plants and flowers. There was also a large area where people could bring a blanket, sit down, and relax which was a really nice area.
