Booked a 4 night break in March 2022. Beautiful lodge with hot tub. Pleasant staff. Good base if you want to Tewkesbury, Gloucester etc. Water sports available.

Only been to paddle board. Reasonable prices and the staff down there are friendly and a great help. However, the chap that greeted us at the gate was seriously rude. I don't understand how you can justify charging £20 for parking if we were to use the carpark for perhaps 1 and a half hours. If you want to make additional income from parking, get a meter in the car park. At least get a card machine to make it more accessible. Real shame to have what is a great experience ruined.

I rate this only a 2 due to the fact that the price to just enter is £10 or £20 for a car. The price for paddle board hire is to be expected but the entry fee to only sit by a lake is crazy! I planned to go and hire a paddle board for an hour and then leave,which would have totalled £45 for an hour!!! Astronomical. Such a shame because its a great place !
