Albuquerque to Orcas Island is an approximately 10.5-hour combination of flight, shuttle, and ferry. You can also do a combination of bus, shuttle, and ferry; or do a combination of bus and ferry. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 1 hour traveling from Albuquerque to Orcas Island.
