The most populous city in the state after New York, Buffalo serves as the gateway to Niagara Falls and Canada for many travelers.Change things up with these side-trips from Buffalo: Niagara Falls (Niagara Gorge Trail, Bridal Veil Falls, &more) and Niagara Power Project Visitors Center (in Lewiston). There's still lots to do: Head underground at Cave of the Winds, stroll the grounds of Forest Lawn, take a tour by water with Boat Tours & Water Sports, and admire the majestic nature at Devil's Hole State Park.
