Step out of Interlaken with an excursion to Grindelwald-First in Grindelwald--about 56 minutes away. The adventure continues: glide through the air with a parasailing or paragliding tour, appreciate the views at Lauterbrunnen Village, admire the sheer force of Lauterbrunnen Valley Waterfalls, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Harderkulm.

Traveling by train from Interlaken to Zermatt takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive. Cap off your sightseeing on the 13th (Tue) early enough to go by car to Lucerne.

You can drive from Zermatt to Lucerne in 3.5 hours. Other options are to take a train; or do a combination of train and bus. June in Lucerne sees daily highs of 27°C and lows of 15°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 17th (Sat) so you can catch the flight back home.
