Gatlinburg — 5 nights

The Gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains

Nestled in the lush, wooded forests of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg is Tennessee’s premier mountain resort destination.
Forbidden Caverns has been added to your itinerary. Get a sense of the local culture at Fowler's Clay Works and The Wood Whittlers. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Roaring Fork and Mount LeConte. Step out of Gatlinburg with an excursion to Hike The Smokys in Sevierville--about 30 minutes away. There's lots more to do: stroll around Chimneys Picnic Area, take in the exciting artwork at Alewine Pottery, learn about winemaking at Elkmont Winery, and explore the striking landscape at Chimney Tops Trail.

To see more things to do, other places to visit, and tourist information, refer to the Gatlinburg itinerary builder site.
