Step out of Lander to go to Riverton and see Wind River Heritage Center, which is approximately 36 minutes away. Next up on the itinerary: hike along Popo Agie Falls Trail, look for all kinds of wild species at Wild Horse Sanctuary, ski along the peaceful trails at Beaver Creek Nordic Ski Area, and take in the awesome beauty at Wild Iris Wall.
