The booming city of Bucharest is a sophisticated metropolis with a high contrast of old- and new-world architecture.
Bucharest is known for sightseeing, historic sites, and museums. Your trip includes some of its best attractions: ponder the world of politics at Palace of Parliament, admire the landmark architecture of Manastirea Antim, steep yourself in history at Stavropoleos Monastery, and indulge in some personalized pampering at some of the best spas.

Brasov — 5 nights

With the dramatic Carpathian Mountains as backdrop, Brasov is the largest city in a region of mountain resorts.
Venture out of the city with trips to Predeal Monastery (in Predeal), Prapastiile Zarnestiului (in Zarnesti) and Bran (Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle) & Museum Medieval Bran). There's lots more to do: step into the grandiose world of Peles Castle, learn and have fun at Monitor Ski, take in the awesome beauty at Muntele Tampa, and get to know the fascinating history of Brasov Historical Center.

Sighisoara — 1 night

As a World Heritage Site, Sighisoara is visited mostly for its fortified Old Town surrounded entirely by city walls.
Start off your visit on the 9th (Thu): stop by Casa in Natura country store, go for a walk through Scara Acoperita-Covered Stairway, shop like a local with Art & Crafts, then enjoy breathtaking views from Turnul Cismarilor, then take in panoramic vistas at Turnul Croitorilor, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Holy Trinity Church.

Get out of town with these interesting Sibiu side-trips: Moldoveanu Peak (in Fagaras), Cetatea Alba Iulia (in Alba Iulia) and Castelul Corvinilor (in Hunedoara). There's lots more to do: examine the collection at Brukenthal National Museum, steep yourself in history at Fortress Walls, enjoy breathtaking views from Potters Tower, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Lutheran Evangelical Cathedral & Tower.
