Venice, Italy — 3 nights

City of Romance

Virtually unchanged for the last six centuries, Venice is actually a group of islands made famous by a series of canals, bridges, monuments, piazzas, and narrow pedestrian lanes.
Appreciate the collections at Doge's Palace and Museo Ebraico di Venezia. Change things up with a short trip to Cantina San Gregorio in Valdobbiadene (about 1h 20 min away). There's lots more to do: explore the activities along Canal Grande, don't miss a visit to Peggy Guggenheim Collection, wander the streets of Campo del Ghetto, and get to know the fascinating history of Piazza San Marco.

Kick off your visit on the 6th (Mon): get a taste of the local shopping with Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, then pause for some serene contemplation at Duomo di Milano, then test your problem-solving skills at La Casa Maledetta, and finally admire the masterpieces at Pinacoteca Ambrosiana.
