Don't let the city's nickname--"Land of Drizzle"--dampen your spirits during a trip to Sao Paulo.
You'll get in some beach time at Iporanga beach and Praia de Sao Pedro. Take a break from the city and head to Parque Estadual da Cantareira and Pico Do Jaragua. Step out of Sao Paulo with an excursion to SESC Bertioga in Bertioga--about 1h 35 min away. Barcelona, Spain to Sao Paulo is an approximately 15-hour flight. The time zone changes from Central European Standard Time (CET) to Brasilia Standard Time (BRT), which is usually a -4 hour difference.
