Fly from Frankfurt to Paris in 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. In July, daily temperatures in Paris can reach 30°C, while at night they dip to 18°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 21st (Fri) early enough to catch the train to Brussels.

Traveling by train from Paris to Brussels takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. While traveling from Paris, expect little chillier days and about the same nights in Brussels, ranging from highs of 26°C to lows of 15°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 26th (Wed) so you can go by car to Dusseldorf.

Start off your visit on the 27th (Thu): walk around Elisenturm, then admire the natural beauty at Botanischer Garten, then walk around Bunter Garten, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Nikolaus Kloster.
