Museum City

Located in the flower-growing district, Leiden has been called the most beautiful city in the Netherlands.
Head to Galerie Lilja Zakirova and Arthur Tuytel Chocolatier/Patissierfor plenty of shopping. Popular historic sites such as World Heritage Kinderdijk and Pieterskerk Leiden are in your itinerary. Get out of town with these interesting Leiden side-trips: Reeuwijkse Plassen (in Reeuwijk), The Duke Club (in Nistelrode) and Venlo binnenstad (in Venlo). There's still lots to do: stroll around National Park De Biesbosch, explore the world behind art at Young Rembrandt Studio, kick back and relax at Het Strand Van Noordwijk Aan Zeedd, and look for all kinds of wild species at Leidse Hout Park.
