Albany to Salt Lake City is an approximately 7.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 2 hours traveling from Albany to Salt Lake City. Traveling from Albany in July, expect Salt Lake City to be a bit warmer, temps between 95°F and 70°F. On the 29th (Sat), you'll travel to Arches National Park.

In July, plan for daily highs up to 97°F, and evening lows to 67°F. On the 1st (Tue), you'll have the morning to explore before heading off to Grand Junction.
