When traveling from Madrid in October, plan for a bit warmer days in Cordoba, with highs around 32°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 16°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 14th (Fri) early enough to catch the train to Seville.

You can take a train from Cordoba to Seville in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In October, daytime highs in Seville are 30°C, while nighttime lows are 19°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 16th (Sun) to allow time for the car ride to Granada.

Granada boasts numerous well-preserved examples of exquisite Moorish architecture, not the least of which is the Alhambra, an ancient citadel and royal palace.
