You can drive from Hallstatt to Zurich in 6 hours. Other options are to fly; or take a train. In June, daytime highs in Zurich are 27°C, while nighttime lows are 15°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 24th (Sat) so you can catch the flight to Montreux.
