Tokyo holds the status of most populous metropolitan area in the world--a fact you'll find tangible as you walk the bustling streets and explore its diverse neighborhoods and cultures.
Change things up with a short trip to Tokyo DisneySea in Maihama (about 30 minutes away). Have a day of magic on the 10th (Sat) at Tokyo Disneyland. Singapore, Singapore to Tokyo is an approximately 10-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry. The time zone difference moving from Singapore Standard Time to Japan Standard Time is 1 hour. In December, Tokyo is much colder than Singapore - with highs of 14°C and lows of 4°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Sun) to allow enough time to fly to Osaka.
